HealthFit Physical Therapy & Chiropractic was founded in 2012, with a mission to keep people healthy, mobile and active to avoid painkillers and surgery so they can get back to doing what they love. What we're looking for:
A part-time or full-time client care specialist to join our growing, hard-working, and family-like team.
You enjoy being around people, and can hold meaningful conversations with people you may not know for longer than 20 minutes.
Customer driven and relationship sales experience.
Demonstrates excellent customer-service driven telephone skills for incoming and outbound calls to help potential clients make the decision for their health. (Past experience in call centers and phone sales is a plus!)
Has a history of setting and working to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to demonstrate success in the workplace.
Someone that likes being kept accountable with weekly scorecards to keep track of KPI’s.
You enjoy being around people, and can hold meaningful conversations with people you may not know for longer than 20 minutes.
You're thoughtful and thorough - you can answer people's questions in a way that increases the likelihood of them becoming a client.
You are alert and aware - you're good at recalling names, faces, and personal details - so that our clients always feel welcomed and remembered.
You know what it means to provide a warm, welcoming, and world-class greeting and experience for clients.
You have excellent organization and planning skills - you know how to manage schedules and re-prioritize your time so that you can focus on key priorities - without the need for micro-management.
You follow through on commitments. You live up to verbal and written agreements without constant reminders.
