Choose Your Chamber
Two Options. One Goal. The Right Fit for You.
Most clinics offer one hyperbaric chamber and call it a day. At HealthFit, we believe your treatment should be as precise as your diagnosis. That’s why we’re one of the only facilities in the Pasadena area offering both a soft chamber and a clinical-grade hard chamber under one roof.

How We Help You Choose
We never pressure you into a chamber. Here’s how the process works:
Step 1: You Inquire. Fill out our simple form and tell us what you’re dealing with and what your goals are.
Step 2: We Consult. One of our team members will personally review your situation and recommend the best chamber, pressure, and session plan for you.
Step 3: You Experience. Your first session is guided, comfortable, and zero-pressure (pun intended). We make sure you feel confident before we ever close the door.
Step 4: We Adjust. As your body responds, we may adjust your pressure, session length, or frequency. Some clients progress from soft to hard. Some stay where they started. It’s all about what your body tells us.
Frequently Asked Questions
"Is the hard chamber safe?"
Absolutely. Our hard chamber operates at 2.0 ATA — well within the established safety range used in hospitals worldwide. You’re monitored throughout every session, and our team is trained in both chamber types.
"Do I need the hard chamber, or is the soft one enough?"
For many people, the soft chamber is more than enough. If your goals are wellness, energy, sleep, or mild recovery, the soft chamber delivers outstanding results. We only recommend the hard chamber when your specific condition or goals call for deeper pressure.
"Can I switch between chambers?"
Yes. Some clients do their maintenance sessions in the soft chamber and their intensive protocols in the hard chamber. We’ll build a plan that makes sense for you.
"Is the hard chamber more uncomfortable?"
The ear pressure sensation is slightly more pronounced at 2.0 ATA, but our team coaches you through simple equalization techniques. Once at pressure, the experience is just as relaxing. Most clients are surprised by how comfortable it is.
