Before I met Dr. Wayne Wu, I had been having significant knee pain for several months.  One weekend, I  had an episode where I couldn't bear any weight on one of my knees and needed assistance getting around.  Driving was difficult.  Once the acute episode subsided, I went to my doctor who told me I had arthritis and to put a brace on my knee when I was going to exercise.  Basically, she told me to accept my knee pain as a natural part of aging.  She did not think PT was indicated.  That's when I took matters into my own hands and looked into Health Fit.

I was paired with Dr. Wayne and it has been an incredible experience. I've learned so much on how to take care of myself. Dr. Wayne is genuinely optimistic and wants what's best for his patients. He listens, works with the goals you've set for your physical health and gives you recommendations for ways to work on your goals outside of therapy.

Initially, I expected to work with Dr. Wayne over the course of months but after six sessions, I have graduated!  My gait is back to normal and I do not fear walking down a long flight of stairs. I highly recommend Dr. Wayne Wu.  He demonstrates a high level of care that far exceeded my expectations.  I recommend him without reservation!
