I Deserve To Feel Better... Don't I?

With the start of the New Year, there are tons of people with resolutions to get fit, lose weight, get out of pain and live a productive life!.

BUT… my question to you is are you willing to WORK FOR IT

There’s a saying that “Nothing In Life Is Free” and that is absolutely true when it comes to every single one of your goals.

If your goal is to live with less pain and discomfort, there is no such thing as a magic pill. You can rely on methods like pain pills and injections for short term relief. But that will never help you with your long term goals because you are not willing to put in the necessary work with the right type of guidance.

If your goal is to lose weight and get fit, you may feel great after a 5 day detox and exercise program. But as we all know, those results will not stay unless you adopt healthy choices for a lot longer than that.

If your goal is to make money and be successful in life, you can hope and pray you win the lottery but I’m sorry to say the odds are not in your favor. Yes you need to put in the necessary work to learn your craft… which gives you the permission to do your job… but this does not automatically qualify you to do the job well.

To be good at anything, it takes drive, dedication, and the ability to apply what you have learned day in and day out.

Here’s my challenge to you:

If you truly want to be or feel better… you need to first ask yourself WHY you want this particular goal!

Your WHY has to hit you on an emotional level, not just, “Oh, I don’t want my back to hurt anymore.”

If you dig a little deeper, it may sound something like this:

“I don’t want my back to hurt anymore so I can lift my grandkids with confidence again."
"I don’t want to live a life of immobility because it is depressing me and ruining my quality of life!”

Whatever your goal is, find your WHY and use it as motivation to make a change for the better.

Let’s make this next year the best yet!
